What you can expect from us, and what we need from you. Written to be read.

Who you are dealing with
These terms are between you and Tanooki Studios LLC, a company registered in Florida, United States. They cover the ASO Intelligence app on Mac, iPhone and iPad, and this website. The studio is one person; you can reach her through the support page.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ASO Intelligence on devices you own or control. You can use it for your own apps and for client work. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the app, share licence keys, or use it to break the law or App Store rules.
Free and Pro
The Core Tracker is free. The Intelligence Engine is a subscription at $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year (local prices may vary on the App Store). Features and limits for each tier are listed on the pricing page.
Subscriptions through the App Store
If you subscribe in the Mac App Store, iPhone or iPad version, Apple handles billing. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Subscriptions for the direct Mac download
The direct download is billed by Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Your licence covers up to 2 Macs at a time. If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and you will get one, no interrogation. After cancelling, Pro continues to the end of the paid period.
AI credits
Pro includes 30 AI credits a month. Credits reset monthly, do not roll over, and have no cash value. If an AI request fails on our side, its credits are returned.
Your data and your results
Your research, reports and anything you create with the app belong to you. We claim no rights over them. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
What we cannot promise
Keyword scores, estimates, rankings and AI output are informed guidance, not guarantees of rank, downloads or revenue. App Store data comes from Apple's public services, which can change or become unavailable without notice. AI-generated text can be wrong; read it before you publish it.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Tanooki Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Apple
ASO Intelligence is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Use of Apple Ads through the app is also subject to Apple's own terms for that service.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app and this page will say so before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, subject to any rights your local law gives you.
